Travis Scott delivered an out of this world performance at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards on Monday (August 20). The "BUTTERFLY EFFECT" rapper performed three singles off his #1 album, Astroworld

The 26-year-old rapper opened his intergalactic set with his hit, "Stargazing." Before Travis slid into his latest single "STOP TRYING TO BE GOD," James Blake performed a brief interlude. After a slight set change, the rapper brought the VMA crowd to its feet as he performed his banger, "SICKO MODE," with a mob of dancers.

The rapper's girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, was all smiles as she looked on adoringly from the audience. While the two arrived separately to the award show, once inside they sat next to each other.

Last week, Travis officially announced his "ASTROWORLD: Wish You Were Here Tour." He also revealed cities for the first leg of the tour. So far, the dates feature stops in the U.S. beginning in Baltimore.

"ASTROWORLD: WISH YOU WERE HERE TOUR !! PULLING UP EVERYWHERE THIS IS LEG ONE EUROPE AND OTHER CITIES COMING SOON !! 🎢 🍿🗺📍," Travis captioned a list of his tour stops on Twitter

Hours after announcing the tour, Travis got a large geometric tattoo on his head. The tat, which was done by Scott Campbell, is on the side of the "SICKO MODE" rapper's dome. The painful-looking ink features a cool lined design that starts at the side of Travis' forehead and goes all the way back to the left side of his head.
